Hi, I’m Kristin, founder of KM Insurance Planning and proud dog mom to Zoey, my trail buddy and office sidekick. I’m passionate about helping people feel at ease when planning for their future whether that’s building income for retirement, protecting loved ones, or simply understanding the options available. After nearly a decade in healthcare and another in financial services, I’ve combined my experience as a broker and corporate leader to create an approach that’s personal, down-to-earth, and rooted in service. Around here, planning isn’t overwhelming it’s a thoughtful journey, inspired by the same peace and clarity I find in nature.

I created KM Insurance Planning because I believe everyone deserves access to guidance that’s both expert and strategic. I saw too many people overwhelmed, underserved, or misinformed and I knew there had to be a better way. My mission is to break down complex retirement and insurance strategies into real conversations that lead to results. No pressure, just honest, smart planning that puts people first and gives them confidence in the path ahead.

When I’m not meeting with clients or digging into new strategies, you’ll find me hiking forest trails, kayaking in the Pacific Northwest, or spending time with friends and my Beaglier, Zoey, who steals the spotlight wherever we go. I’m a nature lover, lifelong learner, and total research nerd, I stay sharp so my clients don’t have to stress. Being a resource is more than a job, it’s my purpose.
